How to order

Secure Online

If we have any completed items for sale they will be listed on the relevant product page. If you want to buy the item displayed click on the BUY NOW button. This will take you to Shopping Basket where you can either complete your transaction via the secure Paypal check out system or continue shopping for other products. You can review your basket's contents by clicking on Proceed to Checkout, here you can change quantities and remove unwanted items.

Via Email

Simply send us an email to sales@lunardesignsuk.co.uk detailing the products you wish to buy. We will contact you by email to discuss your custom order and then send you a Paypal Invoice once the design has been agreed. We will start producing your custom item on receipt of your payment, your goods will be dispatched once completed.

By Telephone

Unfortunately we are unable to take credit card orders by phone at present, but you can still call us between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday to place your order on 07896 275357 and send us a cheque (made payable to: Nightsabre Ltd) or pay via a Paypal Invoice which we will send you. Your goods will be hand made after receipt of your payment and we will dispatch as soon as it is ready.

Order completion timescales

We aim to complete your order within 10 days of receipt of payment. On occassion we may be able to complete your order sooner, please ask if you need your item before a specific date. We will always try and send you photos of your custom items during the making process to make sure you are completely happy with the completed design of your custom item when you get it.

Right of cancellation and return

As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 7 days of order for our custom made products, I am afraid that once your custom item has been dispatched to you, we can only accept returns of faulty items. For completed items bought from this website you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 7 days of delivery. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to contact us within 7-day period by e-mail or telephone to:

The cost of returning non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation. 

If the goods arrive damaged, please contact Lunar Designs UK for a repair, refund or exchange. Faulty goods or goods damaged in transit or claims for loss during transit have to be reported within 2 days of receipt. For Loss and damage claims the damaged goods and original packaging need to be retained and you will have to lodge a complaint with the carrier. We will support you in any way possible to ensure a successful claim, by providing packaging information, proof of posting etc.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions. 

Privacy Policy

All information provided to us when you place an order with us will only be used to enable us to complete your order. We will never share any of your information with any third party unless this information is necessary to get the item to you.
